RETURN POLICY
Product replacement:
· If a GBS supplied product is delivered in unsatisfactory condition, damaged or does not meet manufacturer’s description, GBS BrandConnect will assume ownership of the item and work directly with the manufacturer, supplier, internal operations, and/or freight carrier to resolve the issue.
Return policy:
GBS BrandConnect will accept the return under the following conditions:
1. All returns must be processed 30 days from ship date
2. Valid reasons for return:
· Product is damaged
· Wrong product was ordered or shipped by GBS. We cannot return items ordered incorrectly by the individual.
· If Apparel was ordered in the wrong size by GBS. We cannot return items ordered incorrectly by the individual.
3. The item(s) must be unused and must also be in original packaging.
4. Credits
· Items returned due to GBS BrandConnect error shall receive a customer’s option exchange for corrected merchandise or full credit for item(s) purchased, including freight and handling charges.

· If you find it necessary to return an item, communicate to your Account Manager or Customer Service Representative concerning the item to be returned, its location, and the reason for the return. Your GBS BrandConnect representative will complete a return authorization form, advise you of any freight liability (if applicable), handle the physical removal of the item, and expedite any credits due to you.
